What got you interested in this field?
My initial exposure to the financial industry was during my high school years. After the passing of a family member, mourning the loss of a loved one was overshadowed by sorting out a complicated estate and many questionable investment decisions. This left me thinking, “This doesn’t seem right.” College courses and an eventual internship confirmed for me that the personal investment management industry was a great fit. I love how our work combines the analytical nature of investments with the ability to help families and businesses fulfill their missions.

Married to my wonderful wife, Brecken. We’re blessed to spend lots of time with our families, both of which also call West Michigan home.
